Independence Day
Every year on 15th August, Al Aqsa Foundation comes together with the community to celebrate India’s Independence Day with pride and purpose. The event features flag hoisting, patriotic performances, and inspiring speeches that remind us of our collective responsibility toward a free and equal nation. It is also a moment to reaffirm our commitment to empowering every citizen — because true independence means freedom from poverty, illiteracy, and injustice, not just colonial rule.
Eid
On the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, Al Aqsa Foundation organizes a community gathering that spreads warmth, unity, and generosity. The celebration includes communal prayers, distribution of food and gifts among underprivileged families, and joyful festivities that bring the community closer. We believe Eid is not fully celebrated until its happiness is shared with the most vulnerable. This event reflects our core value — that compassion must extend beyond words and become action.
Muharram Commemoration
On 10th Muharram, Al Aqsa Foundation observes this sacred occasion with solemnity, reflection, and community service. The day is marked by prayers, remembrance, and a renewed commitment to the values of sacrifice, justice, and standing up for the oppressed — ideals that form the very soul of our organization’s work. Community members come together in solidarity, drawing inspiration from timeless teachings to continue serving those who are marginalized, struggling, and in need of a compassionate hand.
